Eva Little is a Lopez Island artist whose work is inspired by the beauty, emotion, and quiet wonder found in everyday life. Working across a variety of mediums, she creates art that reflects both the natural world and the deeply personal experiences that connect us all.
Living in the San Juan Islands provides a constant source of inspiration. The changing light, coastal landscapes, wildlife, and rhythms of island life often influence her creative process. Eva is drawn to the subtle details that many people pass by—a shift in color across the sky, the character of a weathered shoreline, or the feeling carried by a particular moment in time.
Her artwork balances observation with intuition, allowing each piece to develop its own voice. Whether exploring nature, memory, or emotion, she approaches her work with curiosity, patience, and a genuine appreciation for the creative process. Through color, texture, and composition, she seeks to create pieces that invite viewers to slow down, reflect, and discover their own connection to the work.
For Eva, art is both a practice of exploration and a celebration of beauty. She hopes her work inspires others to look more closely at the world around them and to find meaning in the simple, often overlooked moments that make life extraordinary.
