I`ve wanted to paint all my life and after a 17 year stint in the corporate world working for global brands like Nike and LLBean in product design and merchandising, I`m finally painting the beauty that surrounds me. I love to capture twlight or early morning light and am drawn to rural cultivated pastures and soothing waterways. I strive to paint scenes I find both uplifting and calming and I knew the minute I stepped foot on Lopez five years ago this would be a place for a lifetime of inspiration. It comforts my soul and makes me want to capture it`s magic on paper. |

Phone 503.310.8099 While I love to paint plein-air, my primary studio is being completed down in Oregon, engulfing 900 sq ft in an historic hunting lodge that we have been remodeling for the past two years. Studio visits and tours by appoitment ony: 503-310-8099. My Lopez studio is still under construction on our small oceanfront house that we are also gutting. I hope to have a space by 2010 but my husband (and builder) says maybe by 10 years. So for now, you`ll find me in the pastures, along side the roads or nestled in coves capturing Lopez`s charm. |
